We accept returns on all orders within 60 days of receipt. Should you need to return any item(s) please contact us at sales@therosemarycompany.com.

In order to return any item(s) you must meet the following conditions:

1. The return must be sent back within 60 days of the delivery date.

2. The item(s) must be in its original, unused condition.

If we receive a return and the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to:

1. Offer a partial refund.

2. Charge a fee to cover the cost to return the item(s) to you.

When returning any item(s) please ensure they are securely packed to avoid loss/damage during logistics which can be common with fragile items such as glass bottles.

We endeavour to process all refunds within 48 hours of receiving the item(s).

Note; we are unable to refund any return postage costs.
