1. Not for you? The first 30 days

If it’s not for you in the first 30 days, for any reason at all, email us at info@therosemarycompany.com and we’ll refund you in full. Opened, half-used, doesn’t matter. Maybe the scent isn’t right, maybe the routine doesn’t fit your life. No questions, no forms, no hard feelings.

2. Gave it six months? The results promise

If you use your Rosemary routine consistently for six months and you can’t see a visible difference in how your hair looks and feels, we’ll refund you in full. Here’s how it works:

  • Once your six months is up, you have 30 days to make your claim.
  • Your order history needs to show enough product for six months of consistent use. As a guide, that’s at least two full-size bottles, or a bundle plus a top-up. One small bottle isn’t six months of use, and this promise is for people who genuinely gave it the time.
  • Fill in the short claim form (just 2 minutes, with your order number, what you used and how often). No progress photos. No sending bottles back. We’re not going to make you jump through hoops.
  • One results claim per customer, covering the products from your first six months.

This covers every product in our range and every bundle containing them, for every customer, including orders placed before this page existed. Standalone accessories are covered by the 30-day guarantee.
