How Often Should I Do This Routine?
Use the shampoo on your usual wash days, generally two to three times a week, and follow with conditioner each time.
Massage the shampoo into wet hair and scalp, work into a lather, then rinse thoroughly. Apply the conditioner through your mid-lengths and ends, leave for 2–3 minutes, then rinse. You do not need to use Rosemary Oil to follow this routine.
